We organize your personalised trip!
No matter which summit, which route or which date - we try to make it happen. Maybe even on an unconventional variation off the beaten track, off season or during full moon. Want to relax in a wellness hotel after the trip? We book the hotel for you. Want to camp or bivy under the stars? Sure, let's organize a road trip - 100% flexible.
Do not have a climbing partner to share the summit and costs?
We find a partner to tie into your rope!
Of course you can book every trip as an individual. However, as we are aware of the high costs for a private guide, we will take that into account when calculating the fee. You want us to find a partner for you? No problem! We have long term clients we can ask to join in. Or we simply put your trip and date on our website.
The weather is against us?
You are hiring your guide for the big goal - not for the climbing gym!
Sometimes it does not work out first try. If conditions for your big project are not right, we do not go cragging instead. We work out a fair solution. This could be a voucher for the next try. If we agree on doing something "smaller" instead, we will of course adjust the guiding fee. Thus, we commit to sharing the risk of adverse weather.
You are very flexible on time?
Good if the guide is flexible too!
Challenging routes require perfect conditions - it does not make much sense to schedule the day for the summit bid a long time in advance. Needless to say that we cannot block our entire season for a single project. But we are happy to factor 1 to 2 buffer days into our schedule. Or we agree on an alternate date for a second try. And if you are super flexible we will just give you a call when conditions are ideal.
Our guiding rate
Full cost transparency for your trip
The guiding fee for your bespoke trip depends on the duration, difficulty and commitment of the course and our expenses. As a general rule for individual 1:1 or 1:2 guiding, you have to calculate with
- 500 € for skills courses and
- 550 € for mountaineering and alpine climbing.
